It’s another fine day here at Waterside Apartments, centrally located in Cardigan. Why not take that freshly brewed coffee or tea out onto your private deck and watch the fishing boats and sailboats come in and out of the harbour and marina or wade on the beach, all only a few feet from your door and wood lot, walking/ biking trails out back.

Waterside Apartments feature 4 large 3 bedroom units All units are fully furnished and equipped suitable for up to 8 people. We have one queen and one double (2 beds) bedrooms upstairs and one queen on the main floor with pull-out sofa's.

Cardigan has a number of interesting things to do and most necessary services. Starting at the visitors centre, located in the Heritage and Shipbuilding Museum, you can find local information and services and enjoy the very interesting shipbuilding history of Cardigan Genealogy Room, internet café, outside deck, all overlooking Cardigan Marina.

Arrange for a sail on the Cardigan Bay, Sail in a 30 foot sailboat, great sea-birding, a relaxing outing. The sail is 5 hours and includes a lobster lunch. Across the street from the marina is Canada’s smallest library (with approximately 2000 books), become a member. Visit PEI’s oldest Craft Guild and Tea Room, which is located in Cardigan’s old Railway Station.
